Slab Down At Bill Hoyer House

Twenty-two truckloads of concrete have laid the foundations of Bill Hoyer House, marking the first major milestone in its construction.

It paves the way for structural works to start on the home at 31 Olsen Avenue, Labrador which will ultimately comprise seven crisis care beds for homeless young people.

Nine concreters spent half a day laying the 448sqm slab on Saturday, November 7.
